What makes tickabox different?   At tickabox we see ourselves as facilitators of change. Business transformation has to be the product of the people from within the organisation, at all levels. Over the years we have seen many companies employ the services of a management consultant to deliver change. This approach tends to deliver the consultant's  programme and not the clients. It also creates no sense of ownership or pride in the achievement within the company and delivers mediocre results at best.    We see tickabox as an extension of our client's business, a trusted partner providing guidance, coaching and facilitation to deliver real sustainable change.
